Refund and Cancellation Policy
InvolveOS is operated by Nish Barot LLC. Questions may be sent to me@nishbarot.com. This policy is effective September 21, 2026.
All sales are final
We do not offer voluntary refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for unused service. Review the scope, access period, total price, and payment schedule before purchasing. This does not remove a remedy required by law or expressly granted in a signed agreement.
Campaign-cycle and annual access
A campaign-cycle purchase runs through the end date shown in the order. A change in candidacy, staffing, strategy, or use does not create a refund. Annual accounts remain active for the purchased term. A timely cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal, if any, but does not refund the current term.
Installments and additional work
Installments are payments toward the total fixed-term price unless the order says otherwise. Stopping use does not cancel outstanding installments. Additional workspaces, custom builds, implementation, and commissioned services are also nonrefundable unless the written order or applicable law says otherwise.
Billing errors and non-delivery
Email me@nishbarot.com about a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge, or a material failure to deliver agreed access. We will investigate and correct confirmed errors and honor remedies required by law or contract. Do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
