Information we collect

We collect account and contact information, campaign workspace records you provide, support communications, transaction and agreement records, and technical security logs. If you connect a service such as Google Sheets, we process the information and authorization needed to provide that connection.

Campaign customers decide what supporter, volunteer, and organizational information they place in their workspace. Do not upload information you are not authorized to use.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, support requested integrations, answer support requests, maintain audit and agreement records, bill customers, improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Microsoft Clarity analytics is optional and loads only after an affirmative analytics choice. Signed-in campaign content is masked from session recordings.

When information is shared

We share information with vendors that help us host, secure, support, analyze, or operate the service, subject to appropriate restrictions; with a workspace organization and its authorized users; when you direct an integration; and when legally required. We may transfer information in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale subject to this policy and applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve security and audit history, meet accounting and legal duties, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by record type and customer instructions. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may change optional analytics through Cookie settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Email me@nishbarot.com. We may verify your identity and authority before acting, especially for shared campaign records.

Children, changes, and contact
