From spreadsheet to map in four steps
Setup happens on a 30-minute call. After that, the map moves with the list: every new volunteer, merge, and sign-in sheet shows up on it.
- 1
The map
Every township and municipality, shaded by election results since 2016. County accounts add precinct lines.
- 2
The volunteers
From a spreadsheet, a connected integration, or a photo of a paper sign-in sheet.
- 3
The gaps
Close towns with no volunteers, numbered largest first.
- 4
The outreach
Write the email once and send it from the county's or candidate's own Gmail or Outlook.
The map
Built before the first login. Candidate workspaces map every township and municipality in the district, shaded by election results since 2016. County accounts add precinct lines, for the committee and its local races.
- Results by town, back to 2016
- Voter registration by party
- Precinct lines on county accounts
The volunteers
The list comes in as it already exists: an Excel or CSV file, a connected integration, or a photo of a paper sign-in sheet. Every row is checked before it lands.
- Counties filled in from ZIP codes
- Next month's file updates the same people
- Connected integrations are read, never changed
The gaps
Every volunteer lands on their own town, and every county shows its count. Close towns with no volunteers are numbered, largest first.
- Counties with no volunteers, marked
- Close towns ranked, largest first
- On the map and in a list
The outreach
Write the email once, choose the volunteers by county or role, and send it from the county's or candidate's own Gmail or Outlook. InvolveOS records who was asked and when.
- Sent from the county's or candidate's own address
- Volunteers without email go on a call list
- A record of every ask
Every question a chair or a candidate asks, answered on one map
What every workspace shows: towns, volunteers, and the votes the race needs.
Volunteer counts are sample data.
Where support is weak
Every town shaded by election results from 2016 to 2024. Tap a town for its full history and registration.
Towns with no volunteers
Close and lean-Republican towns with no volunteers, numbered largest first, on the map and in a list.
Volunteers, by town
Each volunteer placed on their own town, with a count for every county. Donors shown separately. Counties at zero are marked.
The votes needed to win
Votes to win, a goal with a cushion, and the votes still to find. Plain arithmetic from the last comparable race.
Where the votes are
What each county would add by matching the top of the ticket in the last race.
Any town, by name
Search any township or municipality. The map and every panel work on a phone.
More than a map
A few of the tools inside every workspace. The walkthrough covers the rest.
- Duplicates, merged safely
- A weekly summary email
- Town and county briefs
- Attendance history
- Sign-ups waiting
- Donors on the map
- Roles and filters
- Works natively on a phone
Two records, one person? Choose Merge or Not the same person.
Duplicates, merged safely
Lookalike records appear one pair at a time, strongest match first. Merge and undo are one tap each.
A weekly summary email
New volunteers, rows waiting for review, and asks with no answer. Counts only, never names.
Town and county briefs
Results and registration for every town. County briefs add local issues and news outlets.
Attendance history
Every sign-in sheet adds to each volunteer's record.
Sign-ups waiting
People who signed up and have not heard back, longest wait first.
Donors on the map
Donors and volunteers side by side, with one list of people who are both.
Roles and filters
Any list, narrowed by county or by role.
Works natively on a phone
Designed for mobile from the start: the map, every panel, and photo upload of sign-in sheets.

Getting started
How does a county or campaign get started?
Book a 30-minute walkthrough. The InvolveOS team builds the map, sets up the workspaces, and sends the invitations. Sign-in is by emailed code or Google.
Is technical experience required?
No. Setup happens on the call, a photo of a paper sheet works as well as a spreadsheet, and merges can be undone.
Does it replace the tools a party already uses?
No. It works alongside them. Volunteer lists exported from other tools upload like any spreadsheet.
